The Marketing Admin is responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations of the Marketing department by handling routine administrative tasks, maintaining records, and assisting various departments to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain files, records, and documentation
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and basic correspondence.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of office procedures
Working Conditions
- Full-time, office-based role
- Working hours - 9 hours per day.
