AI Faculty (Artificial Intelligence Trainer)
Job Summary
The AI Faculty is responsible for teaching Artificial Intelligence concepts, preparing course materials, conducting practical sessions, mentoring students, and ensuring learners develop industry-relevant AI skills. The faculty member should stay updated with emerging AI technologies and contribute to curriculum development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Conduct hands-on training using AI tools and programming languages such as Python.
- Teach AI libraries and frameworks including NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Guide students in developing AI-based projects and capstone assignments.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, presentations, and practical assessments.
- Mentor students for internships, certifications, and placement preparation.
- Update curriculum based on the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Organize workshops, seminars, webinars, and hackathons related to AI.
- Maintain attendance records, academic reports, and student progress.
- Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to improve learning outcomes.
- Encourage research, innovation, and problem-solving among students.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Understanding of data analysis, data visualization, and model development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to mentor students and explain technical concepts effectively.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- AI certifications from recognized platforms are an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–5+ years of teaching or industry experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Freshers with strong AI knowledge and practical project experience may also apply.
