Job Summary
Wilson Composites India LLP is seeking a BIM Engineer with strong expertise in Revit-based 3D modeling and construction documentation. The role involves creating BIM models, producing construction drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting project delivery through efficient BIM workflows.

Working Hours
Minimum 45 hours per week. Occasional late evening work may be required to coordinate with the U.S.-based team.
Key Responsibilities
· Create and manage 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
· Set up BIM project environments and develop parametric families.
· Implement BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
· Model architectural products including FRP columns, cupolas, cornices, domes, balustrades, entryways, and cladding systems.
· Coordinate BIM models across architecture, structural, and related disciplines.
· Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
· Generate detailed construction drawings and documentation from BIM models.
· Translate conceptual design inputs into fabrication and construction documentation.
· Maintain organized BIM documentation and data structure.
· Conduct quality checks to ensure models meet industry and client standards.
Key Skills & Knowledge Required
· Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
· Strong AutoCAD drafting skills.
· Understanding of BIM workflows and industry standards.
· Knowledge of Level of Development (LOD) standards.
· Experience working with BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
· Familiarity with Common Data Environments such as BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
· Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
· Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline (Degree holders only).
Work Experience
2–4 years of experience in a BIM Engineer, BIM Modeler, or related role with hands-on project delivery experience.
