About the Role
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Travel Consultants to assist guests with inquiries and bookings for our resorts and homestays. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a career in the travel and hospitality industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and chat regarding resort and homestay bookings
- Clearly explain property details, pricing, packages, and availability to customers in a professional manner
- Assist guests throughout the reservation process and ensure smooth booking coordination
- Follow up with prospective customers and work towards converting inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintain accurate reservation records and regularly update booking systems
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering courteous and professional service at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in travel sales, telesales, customer support, hospitality, or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email handling, and online booking platforms
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively within a team environment
- Passion or interest in travel, tourism, and hospitality will be considered an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
