Reecan Interiors is a leading turnkey interior design and execution company specializing in premium corporate offices, commercial spaces, and luxury interiors. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Interior Site Supervisor to join our execution team and ensure projects are delivered with the highest quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor quality of workmanship and maintain safety standards.
- Manage site labour, subcontractors, and material usage.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
- Conduct site measurements and resolve execution-related issues.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Interior Site Supervisor in commercial or office interior projects.
- Strong understanding of interior finishing works including gypsum, flooring, carpentry, painting, glass, electrical, HVAC coordination, and furniture installation.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Delhi NCR.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in turnkey office interior projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of site documentation and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple activities under tight deadlines.
