This role will support the DIRECTOR , by ensuring that local office management, supplier coordination, facilities, compliance, and administrative workflows.
This role requires excellent multi-tasking abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Experience managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings across time zones;
Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness;
The successful applicant will have experience in office management, administration, or operations within a global organisation.

- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks
- Experience in managing and operating Office Equipment
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently
- Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in office management or coordination
