Role & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced candidate with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Food Testing Laboratory operations, including laboratory testing, analysis, reporting, and NABL accreditation requirements.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Food Laboratory Testing:
- Hands-on experience in performing and analyzing various types of food laboratory tests, as per applicable standards and testing methods.
- Food Testing & Analysis:
Strong experience in executing food testing activities accurately and efficiently, with proper adherence to laboratory procedures and quality requirements.
- Daily Laboratory Progress Reports:
Maintain and update daily progress reports, including the status and results of laboratory tests.Prepare accurate and complete Food Test Reports based on laboratory test results, observations, and applicable specifications.Must have good knowledge and practical experience in NABL audit and accreditation processes, including preparation for internal and external assessments.Experience in preparing, maintaining, and updating NABL-related documents, records, procedures, formats, and quality documentation.

Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in a Food Testing Laboratory.
- Strong knowledge of various food testing and analysis procedures.
- Practical experience with NABL accreditation and audit documentation.
- Good MS Office / Computer knowledge.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage laboratory activities effectively.
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and expertise.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
