Job Responsibiliteis:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries regarding 2-wheeler models, features, pricing, and availability.
- Provide information about ongoing promotions, financing options, and after-sales services.
- Schedule appointments for test drives and showroom visits.
- Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential leads to convert inquiries into sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay updated on the latest products, services, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a call center representative or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work on Saturdays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of 2-wheelers and the automotive industry.
- Multilingual abilities – Bengali, Nepali, Hindi, English
- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing.
