Overview
The Head of B2B Sales will be responsible for driving the growth and strategic direction of our B2B sales initiatives within the PMS, Wealth, and Distribution business segments. This leadership role will focus on developing and executing sales strategies that enhance our market position and achieve financial growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wealth management and a proven track record of mobilizing assets under management (AUM) and generating revenue through B2B distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive B2B sales growth across PMS, Wealth, and Distribution sectors.
- Market Analysis: Identify market opportunities and trends to create scalable distribution models and optimize revenue generation.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IFAs, MFDs, wealth firms, family offices, private banks, and distribution networks.
- AUM Mobilization: Lead efforts to acquire and mobilize AUM, ensuring alignment with the organization’s financial goals.
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Partnership Development: Establish and nurture strategic alliances and long-term business partnerships to enhance distribution capabilities.
- Performance Tracking: Utilize business MIS and analytics tools to track performance, forecast revenue, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure effective execution.
- Commercial Negotiation: Lead negotiations with partners and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and enhance business opportunities.
Domain Skills
- Extensive experience in Wealth Management, PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, Investment Advisory, or Capital Market Products.
- Strong understanding of B2B Distribution and Partner Acquisition ecosystems.
- Proven experience in AUM mobilization and revenue generation.
- Strong relationships with IFAs, MFDs, Wealth Firms, Family Offices, Private Banks, and Distribution Networks.
- Experience in developing strategic alliances and long-term business partnerships.
- Deep understanding of PMS products, Wealth Solutions, Advisory Services, and Investment Products.
- Ability to identify market opportunities and create scalable distribution models.
- Understanding of distributor economics, partner incentives, and business development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of investor behavior and partner-driven client acquisition.
- Experience in building and scaling distribution-led businesses.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in CRM Platforms and Partner Relationship Management Systems.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled Sales Intelligence and Distribution Analytics Tools.
- Expertise in Revenue Forecasting and AUM Planning Models.
- Knowledge of Business MIS and Performance Tracking Frameworks.
- Experience with Partner Segmentation and Opportunity Mapping Systems.
- Competence in Sales Pipeline Management and Conversion Analytics.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Presentation.
- Data-driven approach to Business Development and Revenue Optimization.

Qualification
- MBA (Finance, Marketing, Business Management), CA, CFA, CFP, or equivalent professional qualification.
- NISM Certifications related to Capital Markets and Investment Products preferred.
- Additional certifications in Wealth Management, Distribution Management, or Business Development will be an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 10–18 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, Investment Advisory, or Capital Market Distribution businesses.
- Proven experience in managing both Direct and B2B Distribution channels.
- Demonstrated track record of AUM acquisition and revenue generation is mandatory.
- Experience with Wealth Management Firms, PMS Platforms, AMCs, Brokerage Houses, Private Banks, Family Offices, and Distribution-led Financial Services Businesses preferred.
Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
