Page3 Salon is looking for a dedicated and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional customer service and smooth day-to-day salon operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the salon.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the salon team.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and client satisfaction.
- Handle appointment scheduling and front desk coordination.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with salon SOPs.
- Maintain salon hygiene, inventory, and product stock.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of salon operations, inventory management, and billing software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
