Job Title:
Quality Manager
Job Summary:
A Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and quality control systems to ensure products and processes meet company standards and customer requirements. The role involves managing quality teams, monitoring compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control and quality assurance procedures
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality consistency
- Conduct quality audits, inspections, and process evaluations
- Handle customer complaints and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and design departments on quality issues
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements
- Train employees on quality procedures and safety standards
- Lead continuous improvement and root cause analysis activities
- Manage supplier quality performance and incoming material inspections
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quality management within manufacturing/industrial sector
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and quality systems
- Familiarity with ISO standards, audits, and documentation
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- ISO Internal Auditor Certification
- Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of SPC, 7 QC tools, CAPA, and root cause analysis

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
