Talent Formula (http://talentformula.co) is a consulting firm that offers outsourced financial and accounting Human Resources to Chartered Accounting firms worldwide. We currently have a Divisional Finance Administrator role available with our client PKF Littlejohn.

Responsibilities:
The role will provide proactive administrative finance support to the Divisional Finance team to ensure that data held on internal finance systems and related downstream reporting is accurate and up to date.
The role will be responsible for ensuring timely movement of people on finance systems (e.g. starters, leavers and transfers), reliable time and billing analysis and administrations of assignment structures (e.g. assignment roles and key fields). The role will also supporting firm-wide reporting and initiatives (e.g. budgeting and forecasting, rotation of assignment leaders, strikes reporting, lost clients).

New starters, leavers and transfers reporting and related actions

Administration of time forecasting processes
- Compilation of data on staff “strikes” for missed administrative deadlines

Administration of and reporting on Assignment Partner and Manager roles on engagement codes

Providing system reports to answer ad hoc queries

Completion of data cleansing procedures on lost clients

Supporting the ad-hoc assignment leader rotation process through reporting and processing required changes.

Analysis of contractor time to support approval of invoices received

Preparation of regular billing analysis for delivery to the wider business

Update Partner Schedule reporting monthly

Regular update of assignment leader and manager portfolio records as changes occur
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

Any graduate or postgraduate in Finance with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
