Job Description – B.Sc. English Faculty
Position: Guest faculty
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Teach English language and communication skills to B.Sc. students.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct classroom lectures, tutorials, and practical communication sessions.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Provide guidance and support to students for academic improvement.
- Develop students' spoken and written English skills.
- Maintain attendance records and academic reports.
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic activities, and curriculum development.
- Use modern teaching methods and educational technology to enhance learning.
- Mentor students and address their academic concerns.
Qualification:
- Master's Degree in English (M.A. English) with good academic record.
- B.Ed. (Preferred).
- Previous teaching experience is preferred.
Skills Required:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Classroom management and student engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching tools.
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers may also apply, depending on institution requirements).
Pay: ₹500.00 per hour
