Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care as per the prescribed treatment plan.
- Monitor patients' health and vital signs.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other nursing procedures.
- Perform wound dressing, catheter care, feeding tube care, and other clinical interventions as required.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home care and medication management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and timely documentation.
- Report any changes in the patient's condition to the clinical team.
- Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
