Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate supplier contracts, franchise agreements, vendor terms, and commercial lease deeds.
- Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate statutory license renewals, health and safety standards, and local food authority regulations (such as FSSAI or local equivalent standards).
- Risk Mitigation: Identify operational legal risks and handle initial dispute resolution or consumer claims.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the liaison between internal business units and external legal counsels.
- IP and Branding: Review promotional campaigns, marketing material, and protect brand trademarks or copyrights.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of corporate commercial or in-house legal experience, ideally within retail, hospitality, or F&B sectors.
- Skills: Strong contract drafting, negotiation abilities, and working knowledge of commercial regulations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
