Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager who will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing the company’s internal IT infrastructure. The candidate should have knowledge of AI tools, software development, automation, and SEO to support business growth in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the company’s internal IT structure and systems
- Implement and maintain software, networks, and data security
- Work on AI-based tools and applications for business automation
- Coordinate with different departments to understand technical needs
- Manage website performance and SEO optimization
- Ensure smooth functioning of CRM and digital platforms
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide IT support
- Stay updated with latest technology trends and implement innovations
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and system management
- Basic to advanced understanding of AI tools / app development
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
- Experience with CRM software and automation tools
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and team management skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT management
Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantage):
- Knowledge of “Vibe Coding” or AI-based development tools
- Experience in website development (WordPress or custom)
- Understanding of data analytics and reporting tools
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
