About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of residential and commercial construction projects, site execution, quality control, and construction drawings. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to approved specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Interpret and execute construction work based on architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment effectively to maintain productivity.
- Ensure proper measurement and quantity verification of completed work.
- Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
- Maintain project documentation, site records, and work schedules.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction and site execution.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial building construction.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings accurately.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and construction-related documentation.
- Good understanding of estimation, measurements, and quality control procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in villa, apartment, and commercial building projects.
- Knowledge of project planning and scheduling.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and safety standards.
