Real Estate Sales Executive
- Candidate should be based in Kolkata.
- 2-3 years experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market trends and property regulations.
- Possession of a two-wheeler will be an added advantage.
- Timely and consistent follow-up with clients is essential for converting leads into successful sales.
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Candidate should be confident, outspoken, and capable of handling clients effectively.
- Ability to conduct site visits and explain project details professionally.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in the field.
- Candidate should be minimum12th pass (Age between 30 - 40 years).
Job Location: Newtown & VIP
Salary: Rs.25,000.00 to Rs.30,000.00 per month
