About the Role
OPTM is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer to join our growing creative team. If you're passionate about visual storytelling, animation, and creating engaging digital content, this role is for you.
You'll collaborate with our creative, marketing, and product teams to produce high-quality motion graphics, explainer videos, social media content, and marketing assets for our healthcare and wellness brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create high-quality motion graphics for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, and advertisements.
- Produce engaging short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, product explainers, and promotional content.
- Animate illustrations, icons, UI elements, typography, and infographics.
- Edit videos with professional transitions, sound design, color correction, and visual effects.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, marketers, and product teams to bring creative concepts to life.
- Maintain visual consistency across all brand communication.
- Stay updated with the latest animation trends, AI creative tools, and social media content formats.
- Manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, and storytelling.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
- Basic knowledge of video editing, sound design, and color grading.
- Ability to work independently and take creative ownership of projects.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender.
- Familiarity with Lottie Animations.
- Working knowledge of Figma.
- Experience using AI creative tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Google Flow, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX motion design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–4 years of professional experience as a Motion Designer or Video Editor.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and video editing expertise.
