Sourcing and Pipeline BuildingProactive Sourcing : Scout for passive and active candidates using professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), Boolean searches, and talent communities.Talent Pooling: Maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and silver-medalist candidates for future openings.
3. Screening and SelectionResume Review: Evaluate applications and résumés against required role criteria.Structured Interviews: Conduct phone, video, or in-person screens, and administer relevant skills assessments to gauge candidate competency.Hiring Manager Support: Guide managers through structured interviewing to ensure unbiased, fair evaluation practices.
