We are looking for passionate and dedicated Home-Based Early Childhood Educators to conduct engaging, activity-based learning sessions for children aged 0–6 years. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with young children and want to make a meaningful impact on early childhood development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 30–45 minute one-on-one learning sessions at the child's home using a structured curriculum.
- Engage children through interactive, screen-free, play-based learning activities.
- Build positive relationships with children and create a safe, nurturing learning environment.
- Provide brief session feedback and progress updates to parents.
- Record attendance and session notes using the assigned mobile application.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and high-quality learning standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 21–45 years
- Graduate in any discipline.
- ECCEd, Montessori, or B.Ed. qualification is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Hindi or Marathi.
- Minimum 6 months of experience working with children (professional experience or caregiving experience).
- Comfortable traveling within assigned local areas.
- Willing to undergo background verification.
Work Schedule
- Part-time / Freelance / Flexible working hours.
- Choose your preferred availability (weekdays, weekends, or both).
- Expected 1–3 sessions per day, depending on availability and location.
- Mandatory onboarding training and certification before joining.
