- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products or services, generate leads, and set appointments.
- Receive inbound calls from customers, providing accurate information, resolving complaints, and offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Clearly and concisely explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date record of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics, adapting as necessary to ensure a natural and engaging conversation.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call volume, sales, or lead generation targets.
- Handle customer objections and complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Stay informed about new products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
