Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Faculty (Part-Time)
ICD NSDC is looking for an experienced and passionate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Faculty to provide practical, industry-oriented training to aspiring customer service and business professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive training in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Teach customer service, client relationship management, sales support, communication skills, and CRM software fundamentals.
Conduct practical sessions, case studies, role-plays, and industry-focused workshops.
Guide students on customer engagement, retention strategies, and professional communication.
Mentor students with real-world knowledge and career guidance.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
Teaching or industry experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development is preferred.
Knowledge of CRM tools and customer service best practices is an added advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Pay: ₹9,814.89 - ₹53,833.15 per month
