Job Title: Training Executive (Field)
Location: Pune (Travel Across Kannu Ki Chai Outlets)
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-the-job training for café team members across multiple outlets.
- Train employees on SOPs, customer service, food & beverage preparation, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Assess employee performance and identify training needs.
- Conduct refresher training and ensure consistent implementation of company standards.
- Support new outlet launches and employee onboarding.
- Monitor training effectiveness and share reports with the Operations and HR teams.
- Travel regularly to different Kannu Ki Chai outlets for training and audits.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in training within a café, QSR, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Good knowledge of café operations and SOPs.
- Willingness to travel extensively across outlet locations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
