HR Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in end-to-end hiring across multiple functions, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Create and publish job postings on Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and database searches.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Meet with management as required to discuss hiring requirements, candidate feedback, and recruitment progress.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Corporate roles.
- Hands-on experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven hiring environment.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
- Experience in startup or fast-paced hiring environments is an advantage.
