Position Overview
The Bakistry, a premium custom cake studio in Delhi NCR , is seeking a Customer Service Executive. This role is ideal for motivated professionals with BPO/sales experience who excel at managing inquiries and driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer queries via WhatsApp, calls, and chat.
- Guide customers through product selection, pricing, and order details to secure bookings.
- Handle complaints professionally with empathy and swift resolutions.
- Provide feedback to ads/marketing on lead quality and performance.
- Retarget previous customers using order history for repeat business.
- Maintain Excel trackers for follow-ups, conversions, and reporting.
Qualifications
- 1+ years in customer service, BPO, or sales (part-time experience considered).
- Excellent Hindi and English communication (verbal & written).
- Confident, polite, and persuasive communication style.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Excel.
Performance Metrics
- Lead‑to‑order conversion rate.
- Customer satisfaction scores and review quality.
- Complaint resolution turnaround time.
