- Curriculum Delivery: Instructing classes according to the prescribed syllabus (e.g., Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies).
- Lesson Planning: Creating detailed, daily/weekly lesson plans that engage students and meet academic standards.
- Assessments & Grading: Designing, administering, and evaluating regular tests, quizzes, and homework assignments.
- Classroom Management: Fostering a disciplined, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Student Support: Providing remedial help or extra classes to students struggling with the material.
- Parent Communication: Updating parents on student progress and discussing concerns during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
