Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Maintenance Staff to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the building, rooms, electrical systems, plumbing works, and general repair activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair works in rooms, offices, and common areas
- Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting works
- Check and maintain generators, AC units, lights, fans, and water systems
- Identify maintenance issues and report major problems to management
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of maintenance tools and work areas
- Support housekeeping and operations team when required
- Attend emergency maintenance issues immediately
- Coordinate with external service technicians when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in maintenance or technician work preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing works
- Ability to handle repair tools and equipment
- Physically fit and willing to work flexible timings
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Responsible and punctual in work
