Hiring: Experienced Business Development AssociateWork From Home | 4 Hours/Day | Monday–Friday
Nexinven is looking for experienced and result-oriented Business Development Associates to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in sales, business development, telecalling, client acquisition, or related fields who are confident communicators and motivated by measurable performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls and other approved channels.
- Generate and qualify leads and convert them into clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and communicate relevant Nexinven services.
- Maintain professional client interactions and follow the prescribed sales process.
- Work towards the monthly qualified-conversion target and maintain consistent performance.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, telecalling, client acquisition, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable with regular client interaction and follow-ups.
- Fluency in spoken English and Hindi is mandatory
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM
- Total: 4 hours/day
Compensation & Performance Benefits
- First 3 Months: ₹12,000 fixed salary/month
- After 3 Months: ₹18,000 fixed salary/month
- Performance Incentives: Additional earning opportunities based on performance.
- Monthly Target: Minimum 40 qualified conversions/month.
- Performance Stability Benefit: ₹350 per qualified conversion if the 40-conversion target is not achieved, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
- Under-Target Support: During the first 3 months, compensation continues to be based on actual qualified conversions if the monthly target is not achieved.
- Long-Term Stability: After 3 months, employees below the 40-conversion target may avail up to 2 relaxation months per year with fixed salary, subject to applicable T&Cs.
