We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to lead the end-to-end recruitment process for our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate should have prior recruitment experience in the hospital or healthcare industry and be capable of sourcing, attracting, and hiring quality healthcare professionals within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Hire healthcare professionals including Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, Front Office, Pharmacy, and Administrative staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary offers and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and MIS.
- Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA HR preferred).
- 3–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 2–3 years in the hospital/healthcare industry.
- Hands-on experience hiring doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/ATS.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
