Role Summary
The Resort Manager is responsible for the overall management and successful operation of the resort. The role involves overseeing all departments, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, maintaining service quality, managing financial performance, and leading the team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
- Lead and coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Security, Horticulture, Stores, and Administration teams.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of hospitality and service.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, budgets, and operational expenses to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate departmental heads and staff.
- Conduct regular departmental meetings and performance reviews.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing to increase occupancy and promote resort offerings.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor management.
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, forecasts, and management presentations.
- Ensure proper maintenance of resort facilities, equipment, and landscaping.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Represent the resort professionally while maintaining strong relationships with government authorities, vendors, and business partners.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
