Warehouse Operations Executive
Location: Bhiwandi Kalyan Phata
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month
Experience: 1–2 years working in a warehouse (Order Dispatch/Inbound/B2B/B2C/E-Commerce preferred)
Qualification: Graduate (any stream)

What This Job Is About
We need someone who can lead a small warehouse team and make sure daily operations run smoothly — from receiving goods to packing and dispatching orders on time.
What You'll Do
- Look after daily warehouse work and guide a team of 4–5 people
- Make sure goods coming in are checked properly against orders
- Get orders picked, packed, and dispatched on time (B2B, D2C, and online orders)
- Update orders on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and other online seller accounts
- Prepare receipt notes (GRNs) and dispatch papers
- Coordinate with delivery/transport partners for pickups
- Keep stock records accurate and correct any mismatches
- Handle returned goods and update stock accordingly
- Deal with any damaged or lost shipments
- Prepare daily/monthly reports on orders, stock, and returns
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable using Excel and computer systems (Excel/ERP/WMS)
- Good at managing and guiding a small team
- Careful and accurate with numbers and stock
- Good communication — able to coordinate with clients and transporters
- Prior warehouse or e-commerce experience preferred
