Job Summary:
DR.ARAVIND.S IVF FERTILITY PREGNANCY CENTRE is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Laboratory Technician to support daily laboratory operations, ensure accurate testing procedures, and maintain high-quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and experience in a clinical or fertility healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and supervise laboratory testing procedures
- Handle sample collection, processing, and reporting accurately
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Maintain proper records and documentation
- Train and guide junior laboratory staff
- Monitor inventory and coordinate laboratory supplies
- Support doctors and medical staff with timely reports
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- Minimum 2 & 5 years of laboratory experience
- Experience in hospital, diagnostic, or fertility center labs preferred
- Strong knowledge of lab procedures and quality control
- Leadership and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IVF / fertility laboratory environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good teamwork and patient-handling approach
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
