Key Responsibilities (JD):
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute shift production plans and achieve targets
- Monitor warping and preparatory processes efficiently
- Ensure proper machine settings and minimize downtime
- Maintain yarn quality and warp beam standards
- Handle manpower allocation, training, and discipline
- Coordinate with planning and weaving/velvet departments
- Ensure timely maintenance and preventive actions
- Maintain safety standards, 5S practices, and ISO records
- Prepare production, downtime, and quality reports
- Drive continuous improvement and SOP adherence
· Requirements:
- Experience in Benninger / Gamatex warping machines
- Hands-on knowledge of SSM, Fadis twisting & winding
Experience: 8–10 Years
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Textile or relevant field
