Electrical Infrastructure & Facility Management
Lead installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical infrastructure across stores and facilities.
Ensure operational efficiency and uptime of DG Sets, UPS systems, Inverters, LT Panels, Electrical Distribution Systems, and Power Backup Infrastructure.
Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities related to electrical assets.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for electrical projects, repairs, and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.
Project Planning & Execution
Lead end-to-end execution of new store launches, renovations, refits, and infrastructure projects.
Prepare project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery within approved budgets.
Identify project risks and implement corrective action plans.
Cold Chain & Refrigeration Management
Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of refrigeration systems and cold storage infrastructure.
Monitor adherence to cold chain standards and food safety requirements.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage contractors, electrical vendors, facility partners, and service providers.
Drive vendor performance, SLA adherence, and cost optimization initiatives.
Team Management
Lead and manage regional project and facility teams across multiple locations.
Drive team productivity, performance management, and capability building.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Ensure effective workforce planning and resource allocation across projects.
Compliance & Statutory Liaison
Liaise with government and statutory authorities for approvals and compliance requirements.
Ensure adherence to electrical, safety, facility, and operational compliance standards.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹115,000.00 per month
