Job Overview
SKA Group is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance and accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of general accounting, banking, finance, and financial reporting. Candidates with experience in the Real Estate Development industry will be preferred.
Freshly qualified CAs may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Handle general accounting, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Manage banking transactions, bank reconciliations, and coordination with banks.
- Monitor cash flow, payments, receipts, and other financial activities.
- Assist in preparation and analysis of MIS and financial statements.
- Ensure proper accounting and compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants, and banking partners.
- Review accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely settlements.
- Support budgeting, financial planning, and cost-control activities.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of books of accounts.
- Assist management in financial analysis and decision-making.
- Perform other finance and accounting responsibilities as assigned by management.
Candidate Profile
- CA (Chartered Accountant) qualified from ICAI.
- 2–7 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshly qualified CA candidates may also be considered.
- Experience in Real Estate Developers / Real Estate Industry will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of General Accounting, Banking & Finance.
- Good understanding of financial statements, reconciliations, and accounting processes.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
Preferred Experience
Candidates having prior experience with Real Estate Developers, Construction Companies, or Real Estate Projects will be given preference.
