Primary Responsibility is to sell Villas, Apartments & Plots in Bangalore.
Generate Leads: Use various channels - cold calling, networking events, and social media to prospect and generate leads.
Coordinate Site visits: Schedule and conduct site visits & Provide clients with relevant information and guidance throughout the selling process.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with housing laws, regulations and company policies when conducting property deals.
Coordination – Ensure seamless collaboration with the CRM team to support on post sales processes.
