- Handle student concerns with care and maturity
- Enforce hostel rules and institutional values
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Hostel Warden / House Parent preferred
- Ability to communicate in English (Malayalam/Hindi is an advantage)
- Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and integrity
- Willingness to stay on campus
- Candidates from defence, residential schools, or disciplined backgrounds preferred
