Solastice Renewables Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Solar Sales Engineer to drive sales of commerical & industry and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge of solar systems along with excellent sales and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
* Company-generated leads will be provided, along with an expectation to generate additional leads through self-sourcing and business development activities.
* Primary focus will be on driving sales and business growth in the Commercial & Industrial
(C & I ) segment.
* Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements.
* Prepare technical proposals, cost estimations, quotations, ROI ( Return on Investment),
and payback period calculations for Commercial & Industrial solar projects.
* Coordinate with the senior technican team for system design and project execution.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
* Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications : -
* B.Tech/B.E. (Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics, Mechanical, Renewable Energy) or Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Solar Sales, EPC, or Renewable Energy.
* Strong knowledge of Commercial & Industrial ( C & I) solar solutions, solar components.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
* Ability to conduct site surveys and understand customer requirements.
Pay: ₹25,857.15 - ₹72,631.47 per month
