Plan, coordinate, and execute blood donation camps in corporate offices, housing societies, colleges, and communities.
Identify and connect with potential organizers and donors to achieve monthly blood collection targets.
Promote the importance of voluntary blood donation through social media, on-spot campaigning, and educational sessions.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with NGOs, community leaders, and corporate partners.
Maintain donor confidentiality while supporting medical staff with preliminary donor selection and screening.
Educate prospective donors on the donation process, benefits, and post-donation care, ensuring a positive experience.
Develop strategies to convert first-time donors into regular donors by providing excellent customer service.
Resolve concerns or questions from donors and organizers efficiently.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Work, or a related field (background in Life Sciences is an added advantage).
Pay: ₹9,851.11 - ₹20,000.00 per month
