Job Description:
Understand client requirements and job descriptions
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and databases
Screen and shortlist candidates as per client needs
Conduct initial HR interviews and assessments
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback
Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts
Maintain recruitment trackers and database
Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets
