Job Title: Pre- Primary Teacher (Pre Nursery to UKG)(CBSE Curriculum)

Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate, caring, and experienced Pre-Primary Class Teacher to handle all subjects under the CBSE & IB curriculum. The ideal candidate should have strong foundational teaching skills, excellent classroom management, and the ability to create a joyful and engaging learning environment for young learners. The teacher should focus on building strong basics in literacy, numeracy, communication, and social development.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Responsibilities
- Teach all subjects for Respective class(English, Mathematics, EVS, General Awareness, Rhymes, Writing, and Basic Activities).
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons as per CBSE and pre-primary guidelines.
- Develop weekly and monthly lesson plans.
- Conduct phonics, storytelling, and activity-based learning sessions.
- Focus on reading, writing, speaking, and basic math skills.
- Prepare worksheets, activities, and teaching aids.
Classroom Management
- Maintain a safe, friendly, and engaging classroom environment.
- Manage student behavior with patience and care.
- Encourage creativity, confidence, and social interaction.
- Ensure discipline and hygiene in the classroom.
Student Development
- Monitor student progress and learning outcomes.
- Identify slow learners and provide extra support.
- Conduct assessments, oral tests, and activity evaluations.
- Maintain student records and progress reports.
Parent Communication
- Regularly update parents about student progress.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings (PTMs).
- Provide feedback on academic and behavioral development.
School Responsibilities
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and activities.
- Support school programs, competitions, and assemblies.
- Work closely with coordinators and management.
- Maintain CBSE documentation and academic records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- D.Ed / NTT / B.Ed (Preferred)
- Certification in Early Childhood Education is an added advantage
- Good English communication skills
Experience Required
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in Kindergarten teaching
- Experience in CBSE curriculum preferred
- Experience in handling all subjects and classroom activities
