Job Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all Human Resources functions at the manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and medical device industry regulations. The role will support plant operations through effective manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance management while maintaining a productive and compliant work environment.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and Factory Compliance.
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and payroll systems.
- Ability to handle audits and regulatory inspections.
Experience Required
5–6+ years of HR experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Regulated Manufacturing Industries.
Location : Himatnagar, Gujarat
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
