- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electric buses.
- Diagnose and repair faults in high-voltage electrical systems and EV components.
- Inspect, test, and maintain lithium-ion battery packs, Battery Management Systems (BMS), traction motors, inverters, converters, and motor controllers.
- Troubleshoot charging systems, onboard chargers, DC-DC converters, and charging connectors.
- Use diagnostic software and specialized tools to identify and resolve electrical and electronic faults.
- Perform wiring inspections, cable repairs, and replacement of faulty electrical components.
- Monitor battery health, charging performance, and thermal management systems.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests after repairs to ensure safe operation.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, job cards, and service reports.
- Ensure compliance with OEM guidelines, preventive maintenance schedules, and safety procedures.
- Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and high-voltage safety protocols while working on EV systems.
- Mentor and support junior technicians in troubleshooting and repair activities.
- Coordinate with supervisors and operations teams to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintenance of workshop tools and equipment
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
