About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and manage a team of business development executives in the EdTech domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales along with the ability to guide and drive a team toward achieving consistent results.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 5+ sales executives (BDEs)

Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team

Actively participate in sales activities, including outbound calls and lead conversion

Monitor team performance and provide continuous feedback, coaching, and support

Ensure effective lead management, follow-ups, and conversion tracking

Implement strategies to improve team productivity and overall sales performance

Maintain and present reports on team performance and sales metrics

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business goals
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, with prior team handling experience

Strong leadership and team management skills

Hands-on experience in tele-calling / inside sales / business development

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory

Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure

Ability to motivate and drive team members to achieve goals

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems is an added advantage
Preferred Profile

Experience in the EdTech industry or similar service-based sales environment.
