- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Document software designs, processes, and solutions to support ongoing maintenance and future development.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Process Design.
- Strong analytical skills to understand and model complex business processes effectively.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
- Familiarity with process mapping and workflow automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve design and implementation challenges.
