We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our Gurugram engineering team and help translate polished designs into accessible, performant, and maintainable user interfaces that drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to implement pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks and tooling.
- Build and maintain reusable component libraries and design systems that ensure consistency, accessibility (WCAG), and rapid delivery across multiple projects and product lines.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, handle client-side state management, and ensure reliable data flows and error handling.
- Optimize web applications for performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility, including code-splitting, lazy loading, asset optimization, and critical rendering path improvements.
- Write modular, testable, and well-documented code using TypeScript/JavaScript, and implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to maintain quality standards.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and architecture discussions to elevate code quality, share best practices, and mentor junior developers.
- Contribute to deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes, collaborate on release planning, and assist with monitoring and post-deployment issue resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional frontend development experience building production web applications for SaaS, enterprise, or consumer-facing products.
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript and TypeScript, including ES6+ features and asynchronous programming patterns.
- Extensive experience with one or more frontend frameworks/libraries such as React (preferred), Angular, or Vue.js, including state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, MobX, NgRx, Vuex).
- Expert skills in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and preprocessors such as SASS/SCSS; familiarity with CSS-in-JS approaches is a plus.
- Practical experience with build and bundling tools (Webpack, Vite, Rollup) and package managers (npm, yarn).
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Proficient with version control using Git and collaborative workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with Next.js, Gatsby, or similar frameworks for server-side rendering and static site generation.
- Knowledge of Progressive Web Apps (PWA), service workers, and offline-first strategies.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience implementing accessible UI patterns.
- Experience integrating with GraphQL APIs and tools such as Apollo or Relay.
- Exposure to design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD and experience translating design tokens into code.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and using project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or containerization (Docker) is a plus.
