Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to manage end-to-end factory operations, ensuring timely production, quality, efficiency, safety, and effective manpower utilisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production and achieve planned targets.
- Supervise machine operators, assemblers, and support staff.
- Monitor productivity, machine utilisation, quality, and wastage.
- Coordinate with Project Management teams to meet project timelines.
- Ensure SOPs, safety standards, and quality procedures are followed.
- Plan manpower, materials, and machine utilisation.
- Oversee machine maintenance and minimise downtime.
- Identify operational issues and implement process improvements.
- Prepare production reports and update the Head of Operations.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years experiences in factory/production management, preferably in manufacturing/interior-related industries.
- Strong leadership, manpower management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage production targets, quality, and timelines effectively
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
