We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager who can lead the admissions and sales team, improve conversions, build strong systems, and drive business growth through high-quality counseling and sales leadership.
Job Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the complete sales and admissions operations, leading counselors and support teams, improving conversion ratios, and ensuring smooth student onboarding and admissions processes.
This role requires strong leadership, sales expertise, team handling ability, and deep knowledge of overseas education and immigration processes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Management
* Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and counseling team to achieve monthly targets
* Monitor daily lead flow, follow-ups, demo attendance, and conversion performance
* Allocate leads strategically and ensure timely response to inquiries
* Improve overall sales conversion ratios through proper training and process optimization
* Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
* Build strong accountability systems and daily reporting structures
* Train counselors on objection handling, counseling techniques, and closing strategies
* Ensure high-quality student and parent interaction standards
Business Development & Revenue Growth
* Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets individually and through the team
* Handle high-value student consultations and complex admission cases
* Build relationships with referral partners, agents, and educational institutions
* Identify growth opportunities and improve sales processes
* Support marketing and lead generation teams with feedback and market insights
Admissions & Student Counseling
* Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, admissions, and immigration pathways
* Guide students on suitable courses, colleges, universities, and visa options
* Oversee the complete admission cycle from inquiry to offer letter
* Review student profiles and ensure accurate documentation
* Coordinate with universities, colleges, and overseas partners for applications and updates
* Ensure timely follow-ups and strong student engagement throughout the process
Operations & Compliance
* Coordinate closely with visa filing and documentation teams
* Ensure adherence to immigration regulations, institutional policies, and ethical practices
* Maintain proper CRM updates, reporting, and student records
* Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management
* Ensure smooth operational workflow between sales, admissions, and processing teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 3–6 years of experience in overseas education, immigration, or study visa consulting
* Proven experience in leading and managing a sales/admissions team
* Strong sales, counseling, negotiation, and closing abilities
* Deep understanding of study visa and immigration processes for Canada, UK, Europe, and other major destinations
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools
* Highly organized, target-oriented, and execution-focused mindset
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Experience in managing a high-volume admissions or counseling team
* Strong understanding of sales funnels and conversion management
* Ability to build systems, processes, and accountability within teams
* Performance-driven leader with strong team management skills
* Candidates from immigration consultancies or overseas education companies preferred
