Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to develop new business opportunities across Pune and Mumbai.
This is a field-based role requiring regular meetings with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, developers, contractors, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and managing project sales from specification to order closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business from architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, builders, developers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct 20–25 customer meetings every week.
- Present lighting solutions and product demonstrations.
- Develop consultant specifications and project opportunities.
- Follow projects from concept stage through order execution.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and technical teams.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Represent Luminova at industry events and networking forums.

Experience Required

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Lighting industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
